The NCR trail is awesome. My dad and I go biking on it in the afternoons. They have done some nice upgrades to the trail to make it more accessible.
The Rotary Club of Hunt Valley installed a water fountain at the trail head along Ashland/ Paper Mill Road. This time of year the area is busy with trout fisherman. |
